Perry Stancato, Jr.

Signature Sauces
Growing up in the restaurant business, Perry, CEO of Signature Sauces, learned the ins and outs of a kitchen and the challenges that came with it. With a desire to grow his family business, he set out for the Culinary Institute of America, and immersed himself in flavor profile development and returned to the restaurant with an expertise aimed at creating more consistency in the kitchen. With new standards in place, he began making sauces for the masses by expanding his company’s capabilities to produce handcrafted recipes. And as a result, Signature Sauces was born… out of passion for food, the fine art of preparing consistent authentic family recipes, and the love of the restaurant and foodservice industry.

Emily Ingle Kealey

PR Expert & Business Owner
Conversation Piece PR
Emily, Founder of Conversation Piece PR, has nearly two decades of public relations experience with an array of food and lifestyle consumer brands. She specializes in media relations, planning and executing events, cultivating and maintaining relationships with key media as well as writing materials that get attention. But her passion for food doesn’t stop with her many food-related clients.

On top of her past PR experiences at large agencies, she also has the breadth of knowledge (and gray hairs) of owning her own pie business.
